As a graduate of Cayuga CC with a degree in Business Administration Jason Moody holds a series 6, 63 registration with FINRA, Jason is also licensed in the state of New York, and Nevada for Life, Accident/Health and Variable Annuity/Insurance products.
Work Experience
A native of Hannibal, New York and a resident of Baldwinsville, New York Jason started his financial services career almost 18 years ago, working first for New York Life in Syracuse New York for 8 years and later for MassMutual Financial Group. Jason spent a couple of years as a Sales Manager helping younger agents develop a successful career path within the MassMutual system but realized that his true calling was working with and developing new and maintaining current relationships with current and new clients. Jason has continued to expand his education with the American College for Financial Planning by taking multiple courses to achieve his LUTCF designation. (Life Underwriter Training Council Fellow). Jason works with business owners, medical professionals and individuals who are in need of retirement advice as well as enhanced insurance and risk mitigation planning.
Hobbies & Personal Detail
As a huge sports fan, Jason has enjoyed playing basketball, baseball and football growing up and had the opportunity to play college basketball for 2 years. Jason achieved his goal of becoming a first degree black belt earlier in his life which has helped him develop a level of dedication and commitment that he applies to his client’s goals every day. Jason has spent time in the community helping to coach youth basketball and is a big supporter of youth development. Jason is a huge Syracuse University sports fan and enjoys watching and attending games. When Jason is not helping clients achieve their own personal financial goals he enjoys time with family and friends as well as traveling and having the opportunity to see and experience new places.
